Planning - Lighting

High Key Lighting – For the first half of the video we are going to use high key lighting as it will be a daytime/morning scene. We will use natural lighting from the window rather than use artificial lights or lamps. We want the first half to be realistic and very natural as if he just woke up from the night before. Due to the lighting and positioning of the camera, the audience will know that its the morning. 

Low key lighting- For a second half the video, when the music becomes more upbeat, it will transform into flash backs off the night before (a night scene). we will use a combination off both low key lighting  and high key lighting. We want the style of lighting to reflect a party scene, to achieve this effect we are going to use red or purple official lighting. Also a combination of lamps/kitchen lighting.
