These shots were taken to test coloured lights on the video recorder and also to see if we could incorporate writing of words that appear in the lyrics of our song in our video.
unfortunately we could no use these shots, as they didn't go with the theme of our music video, we designed new images that fit in well with our footage.
Above show a variety of different screen shots of hip hop/rap music videos that fit in with our genre. the shots show the various things we will include in our music video such as people taking drugs and partying. this correlates with our strong use of drug reference. to create a sense of reality we've created make believe drugs using paracetamol to appear as illegal drugs. This makes the video more appealing and realistic to our target audience. Also it fits in well with our genre and links the lyrics and the footage together, as the artist speaks various times about drugs and partying.
